HOW TO GET APPROVAL

Fill the application available below and send the downloaded copy to us along with the copy of the following documents.

• Payment through DD,Chaque or Online Transfer.

• Building agreement (Rental/Own).

• Institutional Registration document (Company, Partnership, Proprietary, Private Ltd, Public Ltd, etc.,).

• Two Passport size photograph of the owner.

• Director's/Proprietor ID Proof

• Payment should be made as Demand Draft in favour of Kaushalya Vikas Board of Vocational Education Examination Send all the details to Zonal Office Address.

APPROVAL PROCEDURE

• On receipt of the above document centre will be inspected by Regional Office.

• On receipt of the satisfactory report from Regional Office, MOU will be sent from Head Office to the centre after verifying a payment details.

• Centre should sign the MOU and send it either to Regional Office or Head Office.

• Centre affiliation certificate will be sent along with the signed MOU by K.V.BOARD,Mumbai Head Office.
